About the role
- Support an experienced team of commercial brokers
- Assist with renewals and claims
- Help service and support well established book
- Contact with clients and underwriters
- Friendly, supportive team
- Manage special projects as they arise
- Have at least 3 years experience as a commercial broker support
- Able to work well under pressure
- Thrive in a high volume environment
- Be a dedicated team player
- Great communication skills – both written and verbal
- Ability to negotiate terms with underwriters
- Confident liaising with clients
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
