As a Client Service Officer you will be working alongside clients and advisers to provide the highest level of customer service whilst building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Duties of the role will include:
  • Work hand in hand with clients and the financial adviser to support the client advice, implementation and review process
  • High volume or work with continued training and developement 
  • First point of contact for clients
  • Managing administration duties such as portfolio management, CRM database management and preparation of necessary paperwork to accompany advice
  • Assist and manage Investment, Superannuation and Insurance tasks
  • Statement of Advice exposure
  • 1-2 years experience within the Financial Planning industry in Client Service, administration and implementation
  • RG146 compliant (preferred but not essential)
  • Proficient using Xplan (required)
  • Ability to work as part of a team or autonomously
  • Exceptional attention to detail 
  • Ability to hit the ground running
