The role will include:
  • Manage the entire claims process from end to end 
  • Interpret, review and apply appropriate action on correspondence received from third parties, and service providers 
  • Determining liability
  • Relationship building/maintaining with brokers
  • Providing high-level, consultative customer service
  • Relationship building and maintaining with suppliers and adjuster's
In order to be considered for the role, the following experience and traits are desired:
  • 2-5 years experience in commercial claims is essential, ideally from a heavy motor background
  • High level of customer service
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multi task with strong decision making skills 
  • Ability to negotiate and take a firm stance when needed
