A leading National workplace rehabilitation provider requires an experienced physical consultant due to continued growth in their North Sydney Office. In exi, tence for over 15 years they deliver services under a range of frameworks such as CTP, Comcare, Workers Comp and Life Insurance.
About the role:
You will be responsible for delivering early intervention and rehabilitation services to achieve the best outcomes for their clients. Reporting to a team leader your objectives will be:
  • Injury Prevention and Management.
  • One Off Assessments (Functional, ADL, Workplace and Ergonomic Assessments).
  • Job Capacity Assessments
  • Implement return to work strategies.
  • Report writing.
  • Autonomously managing a varied caseload.
  • Liaising with various key stakeholders (including insurers and other allied health professionals).
About you: 
You will be a well presented and self-motivated individual that has superb communication skills and has the ability to manage time effectively. The successful candidate will have:
  • Relevant degree in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy.  
  • Occupational Rehabilitation experience desirable.
  • ComCare registration or ability to obtain essential.
  • Ability to work both as part of a team and autonomously.
  • Current drivers licence.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
