Our client is a nationally established rehab provider who specialises in Work Health Safety, Injury Management and Return to Work case management. After establishing themselves nationally they are now aiming to further increase their presence, and add a strong graduate to their growing team in Metro Sydney.
This is a great opportunity for a graduate starting their career in a supportive team environment, with the potential for rapid career progression into either more managerial or technical roles. 
Day to day:
  • Motivating and challenging clients to fully engage them to return to work.
  • Conducting one-off assessments (depending on qualification) such as initial, activities of daily living, early assessment programs, functional, workplace etc.
  • Evaluating and determining barriers affecting their employment opportunities.
  • Devise and implement return to work plans to support the injured worker.
  • Liaising with various key stakeholders (including insurers and other allied health professionals).
  • Attending medical case conferences.
  • Report writing.
  • Account management and client relationship.
To be considered:
  • Understanding of Occupational Rehabilitation and ideally some exposure through clinical placement or study.  
  • Allied health degree qualifies; Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or Exercise Physiologist (EP's must have completed 3 workplace modules).
  • Driver's licence and car.   
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Eagerness to learn.
  • A self-starter that's driven to exceed expectations.
